I then went to the Wild Hearts game and the 'Preload' option was available. I just did this 15 mins ago, I was able to transfer my account with no issues at all. In the EA App, it now shows the 'Play' icon next to my name, signifying my account has the EA Play sub provided by Gamepass Ultimate.
